Fain Elementary School has SOARed to higher student achievement and lower discipline problems through implementing Positive Behavior Supports school-wide. Students have learned to S.O.A.R. (Successful, Optimistic, Aware, Respectful) in all areas of the school (common areas, classrooms, and through individual targeted support). Throughout the PBIS process the students were taught S.O.A.R. through definitions, role-play, and modeling in the classroom setting and the staff utilized CHAMPS in every classroom to enforce classroom expectations.

In this presentation we will display how our hallways looked before we started our R3 and what they look like now that R3 is being implemented. |
