Fain Elementary School has SOARed to higher student achievement and lower discipline problems through implementing Positive Behavior Supports school-wide. Students have learned to S.O.A.R. (Successful, Optimistic, Aware, Respectful) in all areas of the school (common areas, classrooms, and through individual targeted support). Throughout the PBIS process the students were taught S.O.A.R. through definitions, role-play, and modeling in the classroom setting and the staff utilized CHAMPS in every classroom to enforce classroom expectations. |

Are your school hallways running wild with little feet? Is there direction? Are your beautiful bulletin boards being destroyed? Solve your problems with “R3 – be Ready, be Responsible, be Respectful”. Once these three general standards were implemented at our school our hallways quickly changed. In this presentation we will display how our hallways looked before we started our R3 and what they look like now that R3 is being implemented. |

Our team will share the implementation of PBIS for a campus with 800+ students. We will begin with the ideas and vision and how it manifested into our implementation this school year. We will share the Matrix, Lesson Plan, posters created, and the video produced by our campus and students for the launch. Our team will discuss ideas and helpful hits for large campuses. |
