- Conference registration and travel expenses are the responsibility of the presenter.
Call for Showcase Campus Presentations closes April 2, 2012.
- Presenters will conduct sessions on either June 26 or 27.

- Up to four school district presenters per submission will have their registration fees waived for accepted presentations.

Presentation rooms are equipped as follows:
- At least one lapel microphone
- Data projection system that can be connected to a laptop (cable provided; Mac users bring converter/dongle)
- Elmo
- DVD/VHS player
- Free guest Internet access via Ethernet (cable not provided) or wireless (card not provided)
- Desktop computer: connected to our data projection system; DVD/CD drives, USB ports, Internet access; Windows 7 and MS Office Professional 2007 or 2010
- Interactive whiteboard available by request only
